1. Can Dye Sublimation be done on cottons or natural fibers?
   The process works only with poly and / or synthetic based fabrics and products.
   
    
2. What kind of files do are needed to upload or send?
   It's best to send us the following:
    
   • jpg or tiff files if they are photo files.
      
   • eps if they are vector or Illustrator files.
      
   • 150 dpi at the full size of each product we offer.
      
   • Adobe RGB 1998 profile

   All of our equipment is set to Adobe RGB 1998. We can insure a quality image if you send your files in the ways listed above.
   
    

3. What's the normal turn around time?
   For Blankets and Towels (Beach or Golf), you can expect up to 12 -15 working days. For our Tote Bags or pillows please allow up to 15-20 working days. Table Skirts, banners and Directors chairs please allow 2 weeks for production. These turn around times do not include shipping time.
   
    
4. How do we ship our products?
   Unless otherwise requested we ship UPS ground from our Kennesaw, GA facility.
