Dye Sublimation?
A strange name, sounds pretty interesting, but what is it? It's a process that actually started in Europe over 30 years ago. The Dye Sublimation process that uses a specially coated paper where a mirror image is printed on one side. Once the image is printed on the paper it is then paired with either a product or fabric of normally polyester material. As you look at the paper before it is put on the product you will see a clear, but somewhat dull image. Through heat and pressure the dull image you see on the paper dyes the product you have chosen to run through the heat press with into a bright, rich looking image. It will not fade, wash out or lose its intensity.
Digital Dye Sublimation, enables us to take your file that you send and transform it into a wonderful item that will be enjoyed for years to come. Our digital printers turn out breathtaking photo images on items such as throw pillows, body pillows, 2 sided blankets,tote bags, beach and golf towels and last, but certainly not least, our new Sweatshirt Fleece blanket.
As we tell people when they ask about our minimums, we can't do less than one. We will however do any of our items in a single image. No other process but Digital Dye Sublimation allows us to do this. From start to finish, our process will enable you to have a finished item that is in most cases one of a kind.
